"Wish zero stars were an option. Requested quotes back in MAY for my home, auto, commercial auto and biz and life insurance. Was working with Lisa Wallace. She provided me some initial quotes for which I had her make some minor changes….. then I’m ghosted by her Today 8/14 I receive an email and text messages… with a Policy # (policy numbers generate when there’s an actual policy in place) requesting That I take pictures of my home by 8/21 or they will send a vender out to take pictures I am not a client nor do I have a policy with State Farm I called the office to find out what was going on, instead of an apology… the response was, “quotes generate a policy number and it looks like we last talked to you in May”"
