"I have had huge issues with an incorrectly cut check after a flood from heavy rains in mid August. My basement is still in disrepair, the office staff, especially Mateo has been un helpful and rude. My family can not use a 3rd of our home because of red tape and bad communication between departments. Yet they see fit to keep on collecting my payment. I have never had a home claim in almost 15 years of being a client. I would wish this experience on my enemies."

"Wish zero stars were an option. Requested quotes back in MAY for my home, auto, commercial auto and biz and life insurance. Was working with Lisa Wallace. She provided me some initial quotes for which I had her make some minor changes….. then I’m ghosted by her Today 8/14 I receive an email and text messages… with a Policy # (policy numbers generate when there’s an actual policy in place) requesting That I take pictures of my home by 8/21 or they will send a vender out to take pictures I am not a client nor do I have a policy with State Farm I called the office to find out what was going on, instead of an apology… the response was, “quotes generate a policy number and it looks like we last talked to you in May” UPDATE 8/22/25 Now the agency office has called me twice in a week and not left a voicemail, i’m assuming they’re calling to discuss this review that I left them? You’re digging a hole deeper… and if you’re reading this review, which I am assuming you are, you’re one click away from me, reporting you to the department of insurance"
